I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Secondly, the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, which was a relief given how hot Palma can get. Finally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to the city center and also within walking distance of the beach. I found this hotel to be a great value for money, with basic amenities, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location.
The only small issue I encountered was that the wifi password was not easily visible inside the hotel. Otherwise, everything was fine.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning to keep us cool during our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the city center and the suburbs of Palma. We discovered some hidden seaside spots and large beaches that were further away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, having a kitchen to cook our own meals was a great perk, and the fact that breakfast was included was a delightful surprise.
Everything was absolutely fine during our stay.

The staff was amazing! They were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Plus, they had great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.
The room was smaller than expected, and sharing it with seven other people made it cramped and uncomfortable. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the heat and the beds shaking whenever someone climbed up or down.

We enjoyed the affordable price and the friendly staff at this hostel. The location was also a plus point, it was easy to explore the surrounding area. the terrace was a great place to relax and unwind, perfect for a romantic getaway.
The room was small and cramped, far from the spacious accommodations shown in the pictures. , the bathroom was a major disappointment, the glass doors didn't provide enough privacy and the noise from the bathroom was quite disturbing.
